Nice lip masks but nothing special
This is a review for: Lip Mask Set, 4PCS Lip Sleeping Mask Overnight Treatment Lip Care, Moisturize & Nourish Lip Butter Balm for Very Dry Lips, Cracked Dry Lips, Daily Lip Care Lip Treatment,12g*4I got these to help with my dry, cracked lips, and they work very nicely as an overnight sleeping lip mask. I use the small included spatula to scoop out some product onto my clean finger, then apply the mask with my finger. This way the product in the pot doesn’t get contaminated with bacteria from my lips. They all have a light scent but not much flavour. The strawberry smells very artificial, but the rest smell more natural. They all seem to give the same moisturizing effect, no one scent is more effective than the others. It can be worn as a regular lip gloss also, but it doesn’t absorb and soak into the skin as nicely as a lip balm, so I don’t love it for that application.Overall, this is a nice set of 4 lip masks, and I think $10 for the set is a reasonable value.

I am a Chapstick/lip mask connoisseur. The key to soft lips is keeping them moisturized, and one way to achieve that is to apply a lip mask on your lips before you go to bed. So, when I saw this pack of four lip masks, I was intrigued. They come in a cute little box with a spatula applicator (that I found to be useless to be honest). I’ve never really been a fan of lip products that come in a jar like this because the chances of picking up germs is exponentially higher then using a tube product. The consistency of the lip mask is nice but thin – I would consider it to be mid-ish grade. If you have lighter colored lips, you should know products do contain a little bit of tint. The mint/blue jar specifically made me look like I was sick because of the color. The products do have a light smell that correlates with the label on the jar. They do not really have a nice flavor and they kind of taste like vaseline. The mint one has a little bit of tingle to it. Since the product is on the thinner side, it does not last well through eating or general daily activities. As such, you have to reapply frequently. The masks last pretty well overnight since you’re really not doing anything while you’re sleeping. Currently, this lip mask set is priced at $12.99, which I find to be high based on the quality of product you receive. This set would make a nice gift or stocking stuffer if it is within your budget.

When it comes to lip masks it’s always hit or miss. Either it works or it’s a waste of time and money. I have extremely dry lips, especially in the fall and winter. My husband says, “Drink more water!” And I do but that changes nothing. So I am a habitual chapstick user. Surprisingly, these lip masks have been doing wonders for me, though! After using them for only about four days, my lips are soft, smooth, and not even slightly dry.It comes with 4 scents and a tiny, adorable applicator. I don’t use the applicator, though, because it’s an extra step and no one really has time for that. Apply it at night before bed and let it sit all night. The directions state you should wipe it off in the morning, but it has always been gone by morning… either it’s absorbed completely or, more likely, it’s been rubbed off onto my pillow. I do wash my face (including lips) first thing when I wake up still.Now, the only issue I have with these are the scent of one of them… They all are BARELY scented, and that’s fine. The scents all come from “extracts” and it is not strong at all. The strongest scent is probably the mint. However, the HONEY smells like pee. Maybe that is just me, but it smells like a baby’s soiled diaper to me. So, after the picture, I trashed it.I also would not say it is “non-greasy” either, as it does feel quite similar to using petroleum jelly on your lips but not AS greasy… still, it is a smooth feeling and is not bothersome.
