This gadget was a game changer for me after knee surgery. I had intense muscle spasms in my quad and this massage roller helped immensely. Itâs not too heavy and itâs easy to grip. Very Cold & Rolls Well
Bought this for post op pain after total knee repacement. I LIKE the round shape; it rolls freely and can easily get behind my knee for targeted pain and swelling relief. It gets super cold in the freezer and refreezes quickly. Lasts for a long enough period for treating target areas. It has a short handle so it does have limited reach – which might be an issue for some prople. For my needs it works well in reaching knee and leg areas and provides relief. I wish I had ordered this roller weeks ago!

Good for sore knees and trigger points. It works well, and stays cold for quite awhile. It would be nice if it were a bit longer or with an adjustable handle, but overall a good purchase.

The description of the item is accurate. It does stay cold for longer than the previous product I purchased (elsewhere). I believe that is due to the liquid inside. However, do not let the ball freeze or you will need to wait to use it. The ball won’t turn.So plus side; stays cold for quite awhile. It’s size is good for smaller areas like knees, feet, etc. However, for larger areas like one’s back, insufficient. Can’t reach with the length of the handle & the size of the ball for larger areas doesn’t work either.
